Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods
Two shipping services are available at checkout.
- Standard Shipping is the most economical option and suits the majority of orders.

Express Shipping is available for orders that need to arrive sooner.
2. Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of the tailoring period plus transit time.
Each item is produced and processed individually. The tailoring period is normally 3 to 8 business days, counted from confirmation of payment.
Transit time begins on the date of dispatch and varies by service:

Delivery schedules are estimates and may change due to delivery location, weather disruptions or carrier delays, all of which fall outside our control.
Please note that shipping and delivery times may be delayed due to epidemics, pandemics, or other public health events. Such delays may affect carrier operations, customs clearance, and local delivery services and are beyond our control. Estimated delivery times may therefore be extended during these periods.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated from the order subtotal, the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.
To see the precise charge for your order, add the selected items to the shopping cart and enter your delivery address; the final rate is displayed there.
4. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email is sent once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking details are included where the carrier makes them available.

6. Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties and taxes imposed by customs. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery.
